Saturday: Reims vs PSG (16:30 GMT)
Reims will be hoping to inflict a first defeat of the season on champions PSG when they visit the Stade Auguste Delaune on Saturday. The hosts have made a decent start to the campaign, losing just one of their opening five fixtures, and sit third in the table heading into this match.
PSG, meanwhile, dropped their first points of the season in their last outing, as goalkeeper Kevin Trapp’s errors gifted Bordeaux a 2-2 draw. The visitors do, however, remain at the top of the table and can once again move three points clear at the top with a victory here this weekend.
Saturday: Caen vs Montpellier (19:00 GMT)
Caen will be aiming to take full advantage of Montpellier’s current poor form as the two teams meet at the Stade Michel d’Ornano on Saturday evening. The home side have won three of their opening five fixtures, and bounced back from two consecutive losses to win 3-1 away at Troyes last weekend.
Montpellier, on the other hand, are still searching for their first victory of the new campaign, losing all but one of their first five matches. Defeats to Angers, Rennes, PSG and St Etienne, plus a goalless draw with Troyes, have meant the visitors have spent the entire season so far in the bottom two, a trend that manager Rolland Courbis will be desperate to change, even at this early stage.
Saturday: Guingamp vs Gazelec Ajaccio (19:00 GMT)
Guingamp will be hoping for a third consecutive league victory as winless Gazelec Ajaccio visit the Stade du Roudourou. The hosts have recovered from a disastrous start to the season, where they lost their opening three fixtures, by beating both Marseille and Nice either side of the international break.
The visitors, however, have lost all but one of their five matches so far and are still yet to score their first goal in the top flight. The newly-promoted side held Troyes to a goalless draw on the opening weekend, but since then have lost to PSG, Angers, Lille and Monaco and languish at the bottom of the table, a position that their fans fear could become awfully familiar throughout this campaign.

Saturday: Bastia vs Nice (19:00 GMT)
Bastia will be aiming to get back on track after two consecutive defeats as Nice visit the Stade Armand Cesari this Saturday, with odds for this fiery southern affair likely to be of interest. The hosts made a good start to the season, recording wins over both Rennes and Guingamp, but have since lost to St Etienne and Marseille either side of the international break.
Nice, meanwhile, have won just once so far this campaign, at home to Caen in Week 3. Since then, they have drawn 1-1 away at Angers and, most recently, lost 1-0 at home to Guingamp. It’s still very early in the season, but manager Claude Puel will be slightly concerned that his side haven’t got more points on the board right now, especially with upcoming matches against Bordeaux and St Etienne.
Saturday: Angers vs Troyes (19:00 GMT)
Angers face Troyes at the Stade Jean-Bouin this Saturday in a clash between two newly-promoted sides. The hosts have definitely made the better start to life in the top-flight, losing just one of their first five and subsequently sitting seventh in the table. That one defeat, away against Lorient, did come in their last outing though, so manager Stephane Moulin will be hoping his side bounce straight back this weekend.
Troyes, meanwhile, have found life in Ligue 1 much harder to accustom to, as they still await their first win of the season. A heavy 6-0 defeat to Marseille, as well as a 3-1 loss at home to Caen in their last outing, mean that Jean-Marc Furlan’s men currently sit in the bottom three.
