Sunderland’s attacking midfielder Wahbi Khazri is in advanced discussions over possibly joining Rennes, according to L’Équipe.
Rennes want the player on loan and are willing to pay a large chunk of his salary.
The 27-year-old is also being tracked by two Turkish clubs, including Trabzonspor.
