Back on March 26th, WWE Legend Vader underwent surgery for his congestive heart failure and the procedure was said to be successful, despite Vader’s condition remaining very serious following the surgery.
After being released from the hospital last week following open heart surgery, WWE and WCW Legend Vader has announced on Twitter that he is back in the hospital with pneumonia.
