Impact Wrestling has got an incredibly talented roster of athletes right now, but it is no secret that the promotion has lost quite a few of its stars recently. Among the names who left earlier this year were Abyss and Sonjay Dutt, both of whom were once thought to be two individuals who would never quit working for Impact. Impact has been able to re-sign Madison Rayne, Moose, and others over the past few weeks. Despite this, a few more names have since stated that they will be leaving soon including Caleb Konley. There are actually still a few more names whose contracts are coming close to expiring, so there is a decent chance that more departures or re-signings could be announced over the next few weeks or so.
New reports have revealed that Eli Drake is the next top Impact star whose contract is set to expire. PWInsider reports that Drakes current deal with the promotion is set to expire in about 60 days. As of now, he has not signed a new deal with Impact nor is there any indication on whether or not he plans to stay with the promotion. As for Caleb Konley and KM, the report notes that their deals with Impact officially came to an end back on March 1st. Both of these men are now free agents and allowed to compete anywhere that they wish. Impact is in the process of getting their current roster members re-signed, so fans can expect to see more information on Impacr Wrestling personnel. Be sure to stay tuned for any additional updates on that matter.
As announced earlier today, WWE alerted fans of the newest member of the WWE Hall of Fame. Former WWE and WCW performer Torrie Wilson will be inducted this April along with The Honky Tonk Man, D-Generation X, and other names who still have yet to be announced. Wilson has commented on receiving the honor this year already, but some of her friends from the business have spoken out about her joining the class of 2019. The likes of Trish Stratus, Victoria, and Mickie James have all taken the time to congratulate Wilson on receiving the huge accomplishment. Wilson is the second female inducted announced for the Hall of Fame so far as former Intercontinental Champion Chyna will also be entering the HOF as a member of DX.
Congratulations Siz, @Torrie11 . I am so proud of you sunshine. I love you. #friendsforever https://t.co/DkWFXTP1TD
