Its almost been a year since the name change from ‘Yves Saint Laurent‘ to ‘Saint Laurent Paris’ and I couldn’t be more thrilled that the House has decided to keep the classic ‘YSL’ logo (for now). One of the latest bags to come out for the Fall 2013 collection is the Saint Laurent Cassandre Satchel.
Angle ribbing, structured classic purse design, this bag is a model example of iconic style. However, for a pre-order bag this style is sure reminiscent of the 80′s and 90′s. To me this looks like a bag that you would find hiding on a shelf in your mom’s closet, and not that of one freshly released.
Right now this bag is only available in classic Black and Claret red. And not even on the ysl site yet.
