This morning, Lyon confirm that they have sent midfielder Sofiane Augarreau (20) on loan to Royal Excelsior Virton (Belgian D2).
Despite becoming professional with Lyon in 2019, the Frenchman is yet to appear for the first team. This season, he has been playing with the reserve squad in National 2 (D4).
Under contract with Lyon until 2023, he will be loaned to Belgium until the end of the season.
