-Vince McMahon’s Twitter account wished Chris Jericho a happy birthday. It’s more a newsworthy birthday wish than normal considering Jericho just announced he is wrestling for New Japan against Kenny Omega on their big “Wrestle Kingdom” Tokyo Dome show in January and many were wondering how WWE felt about that decision, especially with Jericho venting publicly about how WWE rejected his inquiry into utilizing NXT wrestlers on his cruise next year.

-John Hennigan (a/k/a Johnny Nitro, Johnny Impact, John Morrison) has been announced for MLW’s “Never Say Never” event at the Gilt Nightclub in Orlando, Fla. He’ll team with Shane “Swerve” Strickland against Jimmy Havoc & Darby Allin. Matt Riddle vs. “Filthy” Tom Lawlor are billed for the main event. Also, Seth Petruzelli and MVP are booked.

-WWE announced today that Dana Brooke vs. Mickie James vs. Bayley will take place on Monday Night Raw next week to determine who will round out the Women’s Raw team at Survivor Series. The winner joins Asuka, Sasha Banks, Nia Jax, and team captain Alicia Fox.
