When it comes to handbags, Milly isn’t normally on my radar. Designed by Michelle Smith, the brand attempts to bring together vintage and modern elements. Originally intended for the younger woman, Milly has developed quite the following among celebrities. Yet when I think of this brand, I still think of clothing… not handbags. Well that might be changing here soon. Over the years, there have been a few Milly handbags that caught my eye. Perhaps there is more to Milly than I had previously thought. That is why I decided to write about the bag you see here. Introducing the Milly Lola Canteen Bag! This one definitely caught my eye!
I absolutely love this piece! The classic canteen shape gives it a great vintage vibe, while the crackle metallic finish makes it feel more updated. I also love the cross body styling, allowing you to go hands-free. And the overall cuteness is simply unbearable! It’s small and round and it looks like… well, like a canteen. What isn’t there to love about it? Plus it comes with a cosmetic mirror that fits inside. This bag would look great with anything from skinny jeans and a tee to a flirty little black dress.
