I’m still enjoying pool side relaxation this time of year, so perhaps it’s a bit to soon to consider what accessories to get for Fall 2011. Even if we’re months away from the next season, a sneak peek into the future of what’s trending this Fall isn’t technically a bad idea. Plus, can anyone possibly deny a glimpse of what’s heading our way?
Designers have been pouring their designs out months in advance, and one attractive piece that caught my attention is from the Michael Kors Collection. If you’re not a fur type of gal, perhaps this is the first step closer to adjusting to animal hides in the wardrobe, greet the Gia Haircalf Satchel.
What looks like pain splatters from a distance is actually a stirring design made of calf skin hair. Although this doesn’t fall into my taste of fashion accessories, I can’t deny how attractive this piece actually is. The two simplest hues come together and create this great array of black and white patterns. From a distance, this satchel gives off the image of lace, but of course with a calf hair twist. Black pebbled leather trim and the minimal addition of silver toned hardware completes this look.
