Premier League side Liverpool have failed in their efforts to sign 19-year-old Ligue 2 central defender Modibo Sagnan from Lens, according to France Football.
LFC already tried for the player in January but were rebuffed, and their advances this summer have again been fruitless, according to the magazine.
