Jeff Hardy Arrest Update: Hardy Blows 3 Times Legal BAC Limit, Mug-Shot Released

As noted, Jeff Hardy was arrested on Saturday night for driving while impaired in Cabarrus County, North Carolina.

Hardy was arrested in Concord at approximately 10:20pm after he allegedly struck a guardrail. CBS Sports is reporting that Hardy is due in court on April 16th and has had his driver’s license revoked as a result of the incident.

In an update from TMZ.com, Hardy blew a BAC (blood alcohol level) of .25 on his Breathalyzer test, which is three-times the legal limit. The report also states that Hardy’s DWI charge is a misdemeanor offense.

For those who missed it, Officer Kelemecz wrote the following on the accident in the police report:

“Driver of Vehicle #1 ran off the roadway to the right, in turn striking about 105 feet of guardrail before the back end of the car spun out 90 degrees to the left, coming to rest in the middle of the right N bound lane of travel. The driver was arrested and charged with DWI.”
