Trump traveled to Kelly’s district in October for a rally, where Kelly greeted him at the airport and praised him.
Kelly ran an attack ad hitting DiNicola for representing a “Mexican drug lord” and others during his time as a lawyer. “Mike Kelly is one of us,” the ad says.

The district had become somewhat more Democratic after redistricting in Pennsylvania, but was still seen as a tough race for Democrats to win.
