I’ve always adored the mini duffle inspired style. It’s sporty casual yet at the same time elegantly classic. One bag in this style that recently caught my attention is THE ROW Ostrich Drum Bag.
I think this is a stunning handbag in a absolutely gorgeous shade of green, that it completely worthy of whatever the occasion or season. I rarely say this about Ashley Olsen and Mary-Kate Olsen’s The Row handbag collection, since their bags are so expensive, but I think this bag is a classic and worth every cent!
THE ROW Drum bag is dressed in dark spruce green ostrich material and accessorized with polished silver tone hardware. When it comes to the barrel shape, some people love the relaxed look while others want the more structured barrel look. You can find a bag insert just about anywhere these days, which not only reinforces the barrel structure but adds additional pockets and dividers for easy organization. The interior is lined with a cream herringbone fabric with conveniently placed zip pocket and two slip pockets. Comfort was in mind when Ashley Olsen and Mary-Kate Olsen designed the straps for this bag. The handheld straps are flat which makes the handbag comfortable to carry, especially over the shoulder when your bag is a little heavy. Additionally the long (detachable) shoulder strap is actually attached to the bottom of the bag, which embraces the whole structure of the handbag rather than pulling from the top. This isn’t just an aesthetic design, once you have your bag stuffed with all your daily essentials, it would still maintain most of it’s structure and not droop down in the middle.
