Due To Late Payment Of Fees, Siblings Made To Sit Isolated In A Library During School Hours

India’s education system may have boomed in the urban areas, but there are still places in the country where there is a need for improvement. What is needed is a provision that lets students study despite the financial setbacks they may have in their respective homes.

In a case that makes us cringe, siblings studying in classes IV and VI of Global Indian International School in Uppal near Hyderabad were allegedly made to sit in the library of the school by the management. The reason for this was that the parents apparently failed to pay their fees on time. The students, for the past three working days sat in the library without being allowed to attend classes. Their elder sibling studying in 9th standard however, was allowed to attend classes.
