Bully Ray Injury Career Ending? Jim Ross Book Update, Summer Rae

In case you missed the earlier news, Bully Ray was hit in the head rather hard by a table during his match at the Ring of Honor Death Before Dishonor pay-per-view. Tommy Dreamer later revealed that Ray was sent to the hospital after Jay Briscoe turned on him and gave him a concussion. On the Busted Open Radio show on Sirius XM, Ray spoke about the injury and questioned if he should continue wrestling with the injury. Ray is currently 46-years-old, and he has been wrestling professionally for over twenty years now. The injury may cause him to retire, but it looks like Ray will definitely try to continue on with his wrestling career if he can.

The autobiography is now scheduled to be released this Tuesday on October 3rd. One of the most knowledgeable minds in wrestling will finally share his story next week.
Summer Rae has not been seen or even talked about on WWE television for several months now. She had been dealing with some injuries, but aside from a recent appearance in the crowd at the Mae Young Classic finale, Rae still remains absent. Regardless, Rae posted an article under her real name on InStyle.com recently, and she openly discussed her previous body image battles. During her time in college, Rae would purge and take laxitives to achieve the image she desired. Luckily, she was able to overcome her issues. “It wasn’t until years later that I realized how lucky I was — I know a lot of women who weren’t able to just quit purging like I did.” she said. Rae gave this message to young girls who may be going through what she did right now: “I see these young WWE fans and how they look up to us like I once looked up to those women on runways. I hope they can see that I’m proud to run like a girl. I’m proud to fight like a girl! I want these little girls that watch me on TV to feel the same pride in themselves.”
