During the last training before the match with Latina, the spiker Cristian Savani was seriously injured as he badly twisted his left ankle. The player has been immediately moved to the hospital for the diagnostic confirmation which fortunately has excluded any bone breaks. A lacerated and contused wound has required a surgical intervention which has been successfully carried out by Doc. Gabriele Caraffa.
This is a big loss for the team considering the fact that the coach Giuliani can’t count also on Jiri Kovar, injured last months. But as we talking about a great team and great players, Lube can react to all this misfortune as it did yesterday fighting and winning the match against Anreoli Latina.
