According to Bryan Alvarez of Wrestling Observer Radio, there is a backstage rumor that WWE is planning to hold a tag team tournament by next year. According to Bryan Alvarez, WWE is already in the works of a tag team tournament that likely will happen next year.
The plan will much likely be similar to what they already have done with the Cruiser-weights, UK Wrestlers and now the Women’s Tournament scheduled for later this month.
