According to Fightful.com, WWE Champion AJ Styles has already made history in 2018, as he has become only the sixth man in WWE history to hold the WWE Championship at both the beginning and end of a calendar year.
Styles entered 2017 as the WWE Champion, and finished the year as the incumbent title holder, joining CM Punk, Hulk Hogan, Bruno Sammartino, John Cena and Bob Backlund as other names who have achieved the distinction.
