I am probably the queen of finding unusual handbags to write about. I find tracking these pieces down to be a lot of fun. However, I think what I enjoy most is sharing them with all of you. Well, pictured here is a clutch that definitely falls into this category! I have looked at it and looked at it and looked at it some more! And do you know what? The description for this clutch on Net-A-Porter calls this a desert scene. From what I can tell though, this surreal landscape is literally out of this world. The colors and rocky outcrops are very Mars-like. Yet I am still struggling with the huge object hanging in the sky. Is it a Saturn-like planet that is dangerously close to this planet? Or is it a UFO? Considering the flattened shape, I am going to go with UFO for now. This clutch is certainly unique to say the least! But the uniqueness doesn’t stop there. The back is printed with a marbled rock design. And let’s not forget that tassel! I love the layers and colors. It definitely isn’t your run-of-the-mill tassel.
