According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com, Kurt Angle has been training for a return to the ring. He speculates that Angle’s temporary removal from The RAW General Manager role could be part of a storyline to bring him back wrestling whether it’s for a one-match or on a semi-regular basis. As previously reported, there are definite plans for Angle to wrestle again and reports suggest that it will be against Baron Corbin, who has replaced Angle as The General Manager of RAW for now.
It was previously reported that Jason Jordan was backstage at SmackDown last Tuesday night and actually produced The Naomi vs. Peyton Royce Match. Jordan’s status with WWE is up in the air as his recovery from neck surgery has not gone as smoothly as anticipated.
