Gianluca di Marzio reports that Serie A outfit AC Milan have initiated contacts with PSG over the possible signing of left-sided defender Abdou Diallo.
The 25-year-old is under contract with Les Parisiens until 2024, but the Ligue 1 club are willing to offload the defender next month.
AC Milan have made an initial enquiry over what fee would be required to sign the player outright, and their reaction to Les Parisiens’ response is that PSG’s demands are too high.
Milan are not against doing a permanent deal, but only if Les Parisiens bring their demands down, otherwise they are seeking a loan with option or potentially obligation to buy arrangement.
