Rey Mysterio is a one of a kind superstar who is known for his high-flying abilities and quickness in the ring despite his size. Mysterio has been competing in various promotions all around the world and he has been winning titles in every promotion he has competed for. Mysterio has been sidelined for the past few months due to an injury, but he has been in talks with the WWE for a possible in-ring return. Mysterio wasn’t even able to compete at NJPW’s Strong Style Evolved Event due to his injury, but he did make an appearance at the event.
Mysterio made it clear that if he does return to the WWE, his schedule will not be a full-time one, but a part-time thing. Mysterio is scheduled to compete in WWE’s Greatest Royal Rumble Event in Saudi Arabia, but his appearance for the WWE is said to only be a one-time deal. Mysterio could be signing a WWE Contract one day, but for now he has a busy schedule as he is booked for various events for different promotions all around the world.
Rey Mysterio is currently advertised to appear at AAA’s Verano De Escándalo Event on June 3rd, as seen below:
