About three weeks ago, I went to Neiman Marcus and treated myself to a beautiful Louis Vuitton bag. I bought myself the Damier Speedy 30 “Bandouliere” and words can’t even describe how much I love it. I’ve used it almost everyday since I’m purchased it and it truly is a classic and timeless piece that I will cherish forever. Now I’m desperately on the hunt for a black handbag. I’m a Louis Vuitton girl 100%, however the company doesn’t have a black bag that I’m absolutely in love with. I’m not into the Epi collection and nothing else has caught my eye. However, when I was on the Neiman Marcus website about a week ago I fell in love with the Prada Saffiano Parabole Tote. I got my first Prada bag when I was a Senior in high school and I haven’t really paid much attention to the brand since. As soon as I spotted this bag I knew I would love it in person and that I had to have it.
Fast forward to yesterday and now I’m convinced I can’t live without this bag. I went back to Neiman Marcus to see if they had this bag in stock. They did, however it was available in orange. I asked to see it and I kid you not it was love at first sight. I do not want it in orange but I knew if I could love it in orange then I would absolutely love it even more in black. The feel and structure of this bag is absolutely amazing. It’s by far one of the most classy and elegant bags I’ve seen in quite a while. I can’t afford an Hermes “Birkin” at the moment but I would take this bag in a heart beat. I’m really considering buying this bag for myself, for my birthday which is coming up on August 6th.
This is definitely a bag I would use all year long and at anytime of the day. It does have a simple look which is perfect for the daytime. However, it’s beauty goes great with an evening look. It’s an all around drop dead gorgeous bag that I’m convinced will be one of the hottest selling bags this Fall. I want it, I need it and it will be mine! Happy Birthday to me! I’m in love!
