It’s been just over two weeks since Shakopee senior Alex Crowe had his hand raised as a Minnesota state wrestling champion.
On March 4, Crowe stepped off the mat at the Xcel Energy Center as the Class 3A, 152-pound state champion after he defeated Owatonna’s Cade King 6-4 for the title.

With that win, Crowe became Shakopee’s fifth state champion of the night and sixth state champion in school history.
