The build to WrestleMania 35 picked up on the post-Fastlane edition of Raw.
During their face-to-face segment, Triple H vs. Batista in a no holds barred match was officially confirmed for WrestleMania. And with last night’s Raw taking place in his hometown of Pittsburgh, Kurt Angle announced that he’ll be having his farewell match at WrestleMania.
An opponent for Angle’s retirement match wasn’t announced. He defeated Apollo Crews on last night’s Raw.
Drew McIntyre attacked Roman Reigns last night and defeated Dean Ambrose in a falls count anywhere match. Earlier in the show, Shelton Benjamin appeared and German suplexed Seth Rollins three times. Rollins then defeated Benjamin in a match.
Also on the show, Ronda Rousey continued her heel turn and laid out Dana Brooke, Bobby Lashley regained the Intercontinental title, and Alexa Bliss announced herself as the host of WrestleMania.
