AAA (Asistencia Asesoría y Administración) also known as Antonio Peña Promotions or Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide recently had a press conference where they announced that they will be having a debut show at Madison Square Garden on Sunday, September 15th. At the moment, it was announced that the event will be called AAA Invading NY.
This past February, it was announced that AAA will be having a partnership with AEW where the two companies are expected to lend talent out at each other’s events.
Cody & The Young Bucks showed up at last month’s AAA Rey de Reyes Event where Matt & Nick Jackson won The AAA World Tag Team Titles by defeating The Lucha Brothers (Pentagon Jr. & Fenix). It is likely that several talent from AEW will be involved in the upcoming AAA MSG show and The AAA World Tag Team Titles can even be defended on the show.
