Final Four of Champions League is upcoming very fast. Trento and Belchatow will not be completed. Especially for Trento it is a big lost.
This weekend will be filled with great emotions for fans of the volleyball. Dinamo Moscow, ACH Volley Bled, Trentino Volley and PGE Skra Belchatow will fight for the most prestigious European trophy. In the first match Dinamo Moscow is playing against PGE Skra Belchatow- the host of FF. In the last season these teams met in 1/8 finals. Then Skra was better. How it will be this time?
The second game is a confrontation of defending title-holders from the previous year and ACH Volley Bled – big surprise of this year’s tournament. Slovenians unexpectedly won with Lube Banca Marche Macerata and then defeated Hypo Tirol Innsbruck. Now Italian Trentino is trying to stop them. The favorite of this duel is only one, but Bled will fight, because they have nothing to lose.
Who will fight for gold in final match? We don’t know, but we have some news for you.
PGE Skra Belchatow without Bakiewicz in Final Four.
Recently Michal Bakiewicz has complained of backache. Michal says that during certain period of time pain was so intense that it made him impossible to walk. It from a few days is already better, but the normal performance of the representative of Poland in the weekend is made impossible. ‘Maybe I will be able to enter and help receive the serve’- said Bakiewicz. According to Nawrocki it is a big loss, because Bakiewicz has always acquitted himself well in games against Russian teams.
Trentino without Raphael in FF
Officially Trento is announcing that Raphael has only a dislocated finger. But the matter is much more serious. It is certain, that if the Brazilian player arrives in Lodz he will only support friends from podiums.
‘At the moment it is hard to judge, whether Raphael will come back to the full efficiency before Final Four. It is still too early to say anything. However I am calm, because I have people who can replace him. Even in the middle of the night Zygadlo is ready for the game on the high level’ – Stoychev is declaring.
First setter of Radostin Stoychev’s team – Raphael Vieira de Oliveira, during quarter-final match of the Italian league against Marmi Lanza Verona broke his right arm. In this situation Lukasz Zygadlo will lead the team from Trento in semi-final and probably in final of the Champions League as well as in matches of the play-off phase in Italian Series A.

Whims of Dinamo and Trento
Dynamo Moscow demanded… change of the hotel. Italians, Slovenians and Poles, but not Russians like the three-star ‘Focus’ hotel. Dinamo achieved nothing, because rules say that teams are supposed to be accommodated together in the same hotel which has at least three stars. No one beside Dinamo didn’t complain, particularly that the boss of the hotel – Zdzislaw Hoffmann (famous Polish athlete) decided the purchase longer beds specially for volleyball players.
Italians from Trento like the hotel, but they complain about the number of tickets handed over by the organiser for fans. Skra decided to hand over 300 tickets to every team, but Italians would prefer 7 per cent, that is about thousand. ACH Volley ordered three hundred, however Dynamo only less than one hundred tickets for their fans.
