Ivorian defender Abdoulaye Bamba has joined SCO Angers on a contract until 2018.
The 26-year-old, who was trained at Juventus as a youth player, was a free agent after being released from Dijon in the summer, but the right back will deputize for the injured Yoann Andreu, who recently suffered a damaging knee ligament injury.
Bamba made his Ivory Coast debut in May 2016, and may prove to be a shrewd piece of business from Angers. The former Juve man made 27 appearances in Ligue 2 last season for Dijon, but was let go at the end of the season.
