France Football report that 21-year-old French central defender Malang Sarr will sign a 5-year contract with Premier League side Chelsea, but will be immediately loaned out to another side in Europe’s other top 4 leagues outside of England.
The loan destination has not yet been finalised for the Frenchman. Torino made a very considerable proposal to Sarr for his services, whilst he also had regular negotiations with Real Betis. In France, Monaco attempted to sign him and Fulham also recently made an approach, in vain.
