On Monday night, I went to the Aventura mall in South Florida with my dear friend Angela who also happens to be a huge fashion lover. Of course we had to make a pit stop at the Michael Kors store. While browsing the store the Michael Kors “Cologate” Tote caught my eye. Primarily because there were a pair of shoes that were black with gold grommets on the Michael Kors website that I fell in love with. The bag kind of looked like the shoes so naturally I was intrigued.
In person, the bag was cute! It’s a great bag to use on those days when you have a lot of things to carry around. However, the bag has no closure. You would have to watch it at all times to be sure no one sticks their hand it and grabs anything out of your bag. The bag is edgy and really stylish. It also makes a lovely bag to use at anytime of the day and year.
The grommets and stud trend seems to be everlasting and I’m obsessed with it! The grommets make the “Colgate” look stunning and they give that fashionable rocker chick look. This bag would look amazing with a pair of skinny jeans, some fierce heels and a leather jacket.
And there you have it, another beautiful design by one of the best designers’ out there Michael Kors.
