Backstage News On Bray Wyatt’s Current WWE Status and Future

WWE Raw star Bray Wyatt has been absent from TV since he and Matt Hardy lost their last tag team match together and Hardy bid farewell to their short-lived tag team. Wyatt last competed for WWE at the Rochester live event this past weekend, but was not on Raw again this week.

While Hardy’s career is currently in a transitional period, with his days as an in-ring competitor possibly coming to an end due to injury, it remains to be seen what the future holds for Bray Wyatt.

According to the WrestleVotes Twitter account, Wyatt is currently getting a character “refresh”, but it does not appear as if he is getting completely repackaged. Wyatt turned babyface when he partnered up with Matt Hardy and had a run with the WWE Raw Tag Team Titles, and it appears as if future plans for The Eater of Worlds are for him to continue in WWE as babyface upon his return to TV.

Getting a lot of questions lately on Bray Wyatt. Was told he’s in line for a slight refresh. The character should remain in tact once he returns to TV, but I’m expecting a renewed push along with a singles baby face run. Pivotal time in his career ahead.
