Braun Strowman was supposed to get his hands on the “Phenomenal One” AJ Styles tonight on Monday Night Raw, but their battle over the U.S. Championship was cut short after The O.C. triple-teamed the “Monster Among Men”, ending the match in disqualification.
After Strowman saved Seth Rollins from a beating at the hands of The O.C. last week in Toronto, the Universal Champion returned the favor this time around and helped his new, unlikely ally chase off the trio.
Later in the evening, Rollins told Strowman that he realized where things were heading, and would be delighted to put his Universal title on the line against him in the future, but first they have to settle the score with The O.C. WWE has now made it official, as the two will team up to challenge Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson in the Raw main event, with the tag team titles on the line!
