TNA Wrestling has been teasing via their mobile text service over the past couple of days that there will be a major announcement at tomorrow night’s No Surrender pay-per-view and that they have also been negotiating with a “former World champion.”
While not confirmed, it is expected that the major announcement will be that Impact will expand to two hours on Thursday nights beginning this October. Several sources are reporting that the deal has already been finalized and the talent has been notified.
Regarding the “former World champion”, TNA has been working hard to finalize the new talent acquisition over the last several days, much how they did with Kurt Angle a year ago. TNA has been keeping things very quite so we will have to wait and see if the company pulls off another major surprise at tomorrow’s pay-per-view.
