Cedric Alexander has definitely proven to be a fighting champion, scoring huge victories over everyone that has stepped up to challenge for Cruiserweight gold since he won the title at WrestleMania 34.
After defeating the “Heart of 205” Mustafa Ali on the grandest stage of them all, Alexander moved past Kalisto at the Greatest Royal Rumble, and narrowly retained his championship against Buddy Murphy. This week on WWE 205 Live, the 28-year-old superstar defeated his hardest challenge yet in the form of Japanese strong-style sensation Hideo Itami, who has really been stepping up to become a credible contender over the last few months.

Clash of the Punching Bags
Colin Delaney, who previously competed as a human punching bag on the WWE reboot of the ECW brand back in 2007 and 2008, made a surprise return this Tuesday night facing Lio Rush on this week’s episode of 205 Live. After the show, a beat up Delaney was checked out by WWE doctors and ran into… well, the 2018 model of a human punching bag, James Ellsworth. Check it out in the video below.
