Rey Mysterio addressed the rumors of his retirement, his WWE departure and the Perro Aguayo Jr. tragedy, among other topics, during his Q&A with fans at the WaleMania event on Friday night in San Jose, California.
Regarding his WWE departure, Mysterio said that after 13 years with the company, he decided it was time to call his own shots and spend more time with his family.
Mysterio was asked about the Aguayo Jr. tragedy, noting that he isn’t retiring despite recent rumors, and that he feels Perro would have wanted him to continue with his career.
