This course has been designed to give you practical skills using digital tools to make you more efficient at your job.
We will work through sample scenarios to demonstrate the range of research you are able to accomplish with tools that are available to you for free.
This course features:
- Training specific in our "free before fee" methods where you use tools like CanLII to maximize your client’s dollar;
- Insight in using CLE Online for quantums, precedent and commentary;
- Training specific to finding what you need in both Quicklaw, Westlaw and Quickscribe; and
- Hands on examples in finding:
- Legislation;
- Case Law; and
- Forms and Precedents.
